Loving Letters is run by Be Love Productions LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. This page explains what information we collect when you order, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

What information do we collect?

When you order, we collect your name, email and phone number (optional), plus the name, mailing address and personal details you share about each person receiving letters. Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

How do we use it?

We use your information only to write and mail your letters, send your order confirmation, and contact you about your order. If you start an order and do not finish, we may email you once to help you complete it.

Do we share or sell your information?

No. We never sell, rent or share your information or your recipient's information with any other company. The only outside service that receives your details is Stripe, which processes payments under its own privacy policy.

How long do we keep it?

We keep order details for as long as your letters are being sent, plus a reasonable time afterward for our records. Ask us anytime to delete your information.
