Frequently asked questions
Can I send the letters anonymously?
Yes. You choose for each person. Anonymous letters arrive without your name, which is perfect for secret encouragement. We recommend anonymous, but you can have every letter signed from you instead.
How long until the first letter arrives?
The first letter is handwritten and mailed within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Most arrive within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. After that, a new letter is mailed every two weeks.
Can I order for more than one person?
Yes. Add as many people as you like in one order, up to 10, and choose a 6 or 12 month package for each one. You pay once for everyone.
Is my information and my recipient's information private?
Yes. Your details and your recipient's details are used only to write and mail the letters. We never sell or share them with any other company. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card number.
Can I review a letter before it is sent?
To keep the surprise, letters are not sent for review. Each one is written from the details you share, and we make sure every letter is thoughtful, appropriate and true to the tone you asked for.
What if I need to cancel or make changes?
Email lovingletters28@gmail.com or call (602) 741-0862 as soon as possible. Letters that have not been written yet can be changed or refunded. Letters already mailed cannot be changed.
